Clinical Trial Assistant (Full time)

Qualifications:

  • Administrative proficiency: Strong organization and multitasking skills, with experience in office administration.
  • Clinical research awareness: Basic understanding of clinical trials procedures and terminology.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Technical aptitude: Proficiency with computer software, data entry and Microsoft Office applications (Word, PPT, Teams, OneNote, Excel, Sharepoint)
  • Timing: April 2025
  • Starting salary range: 50,000-55,000

Site Network Specialist (Full time)

Qualifications:

  • Client Relationship and Management: Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and adhere to professional and business etiquette.
  • Implementation expertise: Experience in onboarding new clients or sites, ideally in healthcare or research.
  • Project management skills: Basic or intermediate project management knowledge and strong organizational abilities.
  • Communication and Presentation: Excellent written and verbal communication, with presentation skills.
  • Clinical Research Knowledge: Understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations (GCP).
  • Problem solving and adaptability: Ability to resolve issues and adapt to changing environments.
  • Sales/Business Development Acumen: Ability to promote engagement and drive traction with new and ongoing clients/sites.
  • Timing: April-May 2025
  • Starting salary range: 70,000-80,000
